One more example of beautiful public art on display in downtown Tempe. Due to tree shade obscuring the backside of this work of art, I have not included all sides of this piece here, but these are the photos that I took. I love the little hummingbirds represented on the sides of this box, but I was surprised to see cardinals portrayed here. Having lived in Arizona for a while, I have yet to encounter a cardinal like I had back in the Midwest.
I am taking inspiration from a friend and fellow blogger and going on a hiatus for the next month. Time to focus my energy outward for a while and get out to enjoy the beauty of a life well lived. Have a great month and we'll meet again...
