Okay, fine. I am taking a momentary hiatus from my hiatus, in order to share with you this colorful mural, found on the wall of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport's Barrio Cafe. A local restaurant, Barrio Cafe has an airport location, as seen above, and a location in central Phoenix. They have great coffee, served in a French press, and excellent chilaquiles. This is a local gem, and you must check it out when you're next in town. Waiting for my flight, after breakfast, I was inspired by the cafe's festive mural. It speaks of adventure and the open road, Southwestern style. I have just returned from my own adventure and have more photos to share, in time. Meanwhile, enjoy the summer.
