There are a handful of architectural specimens in downtown Phoenix that I really love. The Phoenix Convention Center is one of them. The multicolored stone facade provides all of the soothing warmth of the Arizona desert. Modern and sleek, with sharply cut edges, yet organic and rooted to its surrounding environment, the Phoenix Convention Center is truly an architectural oasis in the desert.
