I took a photo of this a couple of weeks back, but I couldn't resist taking another with the cacti and red butte in the background. This was taken yesterday, during one of the rare periods when blue sky and sun (to some measure) broke through the dense soup of gray cloud.

ReplyDeleteYeah, I really love Chihuly's work. Several years ago, when his art was last on display in the Desert Botanical Garden, I came to view it as part of The Night of the Luminarias. It was amazing to see the glass artwork reflect the subtle light of the farolitos in the dark of night.
