I have never posted a video before and so this is a first for me. A strong thunderstorm just passed over Phoenix and, being the fan of rainstorms that I am, I wanted to capture that beauty in motion. This is monsoon season here in the Valley, but the last couple of days have offered us the first real rain of the season. All rain is beautiful in my book, but a desert rain has a unique place in my heart.

ReplyDeleteI agree with Anonymous above!!! To be honest, I've never really seen a rainstorm in the desert. Anytime I've been in Tucson and there has been rain, it has been at night. How beautiful it is, serene and placid. This is also a wonderful way to use video as a medium. My guess is that you may find many ways to implement that video cam with artful integrity! :)
